Cancellation Policy

Care Guard Solutions Ltd offers a 14 day money back cancellation scheme on all Sanitization services where paid in advance, with the following exceptions:

1. Where a service or repair has been made. If you have had a repair, service or replacement fulfilled, refunds will not be offered. All cancellations must be made before any service is performed.
2. Where 14 days have passed. The cancellation policy allows only 14 natural days for you to cancel your reservation. 14 natural days will be calculated from the date of the contract initiated, which will be clearly visible in your documentation.

Where 14 days have passed since the commencement date of your service, no refunds will be offered

Any service provided is a contract of services and is governed by UK laws and regulations concerning service contracts.
